Overview
Twin-stage compression baler that pre-compacts then final-presses scrap for denser bales than a single-stage press of the same tonnage.
The Double Compression Hydraulic Scrap Baler Machine runs material through a pre-compression stage before the main pressing cylinder makes the final bale, squeezing out more air and trapped voids than a single-stage press.
The result is a denser, more stable bale for the same footprint and tonnage class, which improves freight economics for yards shipping baled scrap by weight.
