Daily and shift checks

Operators should look for oil leaks, unusual noise, damaged hoses, and whether guards and interlocks still function. Do not bypass limit switches to ‘save time’.

Hydraulics

Keep oil clean and at the level the power pack requires. Coolers, filters, and tank capacity are listed per machine family. Contamination is a common cause of valve and pump wear.

Wear parts and AMC
