High-tonnage hydraulic shear built for thick structural sections, plate offcuts and dense mixed scrap that lighter shears can't handle.
The Heavy Duty Hydraulic Scrap Shear Machine steps up cylinder bore and frame mass over our standard alligator shear to take on thicker structural beams, heavy plate, and dense mixed scrap without losing blade alignment cycle after cycle.
A reinforced fabricated frame absorbs the higher shock loading that comes with heavier sections, keeping the machine stable through continuous multi-shift use.
