Vertical hydraulic press that compacts loose metal turnings and swarf into dense, uniform briquettes for easier handling and remelting.
The Hydraulic Metal Briquetting Press Machine compresses loose machining swarf, turnings and fine metal chips into solid, uniform briquettes rather than loose bales, cutting oxidation surface area and making the scrap far more efficient to remelt.
A vertical ram and die assembly forms each briquette under sustained high pressure, producing a dense block that stacks and transports without the volume and handling losses of loose turnings.
