What it takes to modernize an aging plant without halting production.
Why retrofits beat rebuilds
Tearing down an aging plant and starting over sounds clean in theory, but it rarely pencils out. Most of the facilities we retrofit are structurally sound — what's failing is the equipment inside them. Targeting emissions at the source, rather than the building itself, gets clients to their targets faster and at a fraction of the cost.

Sequencing around live production
The hardest part of a retrofit like this isn't the engineering, it's the scheduling. We break the site into zones and bring each one offline only long enough to swap equipment, so the plant keeps shipping product the entire time.
“The goal isn't a perfect plant on paper — it's a plant that hits its targets without missing a shipment.”
