Why this process is used
Plastic bales make bottle and film recycling logistics viable and keep grades together for reclaimers.
Plastic baling at Narshinga is led by the PET bottle baling press, with automatic vertical and horizontal hydraulic balers for mixed plastic waste. Twin-chamber machines keep output moving when one chamber is being tied or ejected.
We do not claim a universal PET bale weight. Bottle size, perforation, and moisture all change the result. Send photos and an approximate daily bag or kilogram figure for a proper recommendation.
Operational considerations
- PET bottles need a chamber and dwell that can hold springy, high-loft material.
- Film and woven bags behave differently from rigid bottles — say which is dominant.
- Twin-chamber and automatic vertical machines help when operators must keep feeding without waiting on a single box.
